- One time setup charges ($65 each) for personalized lables and glassware not included
- It should be easy for the customer to see choices for Personalized lables and glassware. The idea is that the customer can pick and choose any of the glassware choices

- Shipping and Handling is additional and is based on the mode of
transportation and destination.
- One Time Setup costs of $65 for Personalized labels and $65 for glassware are additional.
- Labor charges for custom gift packages (e.g. your company shirt and other trinkets) is additional.
- Baskets generally cost more for shipping due to the additional weight and volume.
- Please place your order at least 2-3 weeks prior to desired delivery time if you choose ground service. Large orders take additional time.
